Netcode for Medical Coding and Netscribe for Medical Transcription are the workflow management systems used in Healthoffice. The in-house software team developed the automation process. These tools manage the flow of work in Healthoffice and provide various transparent reports to HealthOffice and its partners such as jobs completed, jobs pended, jobs uploaded, jobs allotted, etc.
Workflow automation is executed by taking in to consideration the skill sets and profile of the staff and also by adhering to pre-defined rules. These not only help us manage work at our office but also help us and our partners to track, monitor and obtain reports at any point of time (24/7/365). The system follows the work at all the stages in the process cycle and tracks delivery of the completed jobs to our partners.

This report provide the following details such as
- Visit Number & MR number of the patient in the chart
- Visit date
- Facility
- Coder name who pended the chart
- Reason for pending
- Provider Name etc.
And moreover it has various filters, so that the report can be customized according to the requirements.

• Number of charts coded by each coder
• Number of charts QA'ed for each coder
• Number of charts pended by each coder
• Number of charts coded by each coder for the month

This report provide details on Medical Transcription such as
• Job Id
• Job Name
• Department
• File Length
• Transcriber Name etc.
And it has various options so that the report can be customized according to the requirements.
